No se qué paso. Pues solamente las víctimas y los victimarios pueden saberlo. Pero lo que si podemos es hacer un ejercicio sobre el pasado, el presente, y el posible futuro ni siquiera de la paz, de la paz (política) para Colombia, sino del tema del Intercambio Humanitario, tomando como referentes a los diputados vallunos (que para mis lectores en el exterior: Diputado NO es congresista nacional, es comarcal, o departamental)

PASADO: Los diputados fueron secuestrados, retenidos o como se les quiera llamar en una operación militar de las FARC que se los llevó del centro de Cali, una de las ciudades más grandes de Colombia; demostrando nuevamente las debilidades del estado, y la audacia de los guerrilleros. Desde allí, las FARC los convirtieron en parte del tema del intercambio humanitario –vale la pena recordar que de sus mas de 1000 secuestrados, sólo 46 son “intercambiables”, a los demás ni siquiera los considera así: son “finanzas”…- Al llegar el gobierno Uribe y a pesar de la gran y dinámica organización que adquirieron las familias y los equipos de trabajo de estos dirigentes, lo cual los llevó a reunir sus fuerzas con los familiares de otras personas que llevaban ya años sujetas al intercambio; no lograron que se cediera. Lo único que se pudo fue que dos municipios del propio departamento fueran planteados como sitios para el intercambio. Las FARC se empecinaron en el despeje, Uribe I ni siquiera abordó el tema y Uribe II comenzó a explorarlo hasta el, por decirlo de alguna manera, “curioso” atentado en el Cantón Norte, en la Universidad Militar…allí, nuevamente todo se esfumó.

La de los caza recompensas nacionales e internacionales ofrecidas por el gobierno? los fusilaron en retaliación por alguien, por algo, o como respuesta a la liberación unilateral de “los traidores”?...puede haber 100 hipótesis: lo cierto es que están muertos, y lo cierto es que cuando tu vida queda en manos de personas que pueden pasar más de seis meses, de 180 días, “enmontados”, prestos a un “mal de la guerra”…prestos pues a cualquier paranoico esquizofrénico momentáneo o permanente…tu vida corre un enorme riesgo. Esa es la triste suerte de TODOS, no sólo los que están en la mira del intercambio humanitario, sino de casi todos los secuestrados: todos están vigilados por este tipo de individuos (si tiene un conocido “Guerrero” –militar, policía, para, guerrillero…- pregúntele de qué hablo…y asómbrese…claro: si es Colombian@ y aún lo hace…).

La reacción del gobierno, de éste gobierno, era de esperarse: los muertos son un nuevo instrumento para atacar a su enemigo. Los muertos, hay que decirlo que los ponen desde las familias de humildes miembros del ejército o la policía hasta las de parlamentario -¿que sucedería si fueran sus familiares?- esos muertos no son un instrumento para reflexionar, no: son otro instrumento más para atacar. A veces discrepo de quienes dicen que tenemos un político gobernándonos, no, lo que tenemos es un militar y con exactitud a un “halcón”: es la única manera de entender, de tratar de comprender las actitudes del presidente a lo que se suma lo que significa en su subconsciente personal la palabra “secuestro” y las palabras “la FARC”…sobran los comentarios.

FUTURO: Habrá intercambio humanitario. Y habrá intercambio, simplemente porque el problema se nos salió de las manos a los colombianos. Nuestros gobernantes, fueron declarados por la comunidad internacional incapaces e ineptos. Y lo son: tenemos secuestrados de nueve años: que ni los liberan ni negocian su liberación, claro unos gobernantes mas ineptos que otros: Samper logró liberar 70 (FARC), 32 (ELN), a 102; Pastrana a 360 (FARC) y 45 (ELN), a 405; Uribe a… “cero”… “0”. Por Dios!.

La verdad, ya creo poco en las marchas…pero si quieren pues VOLVEMOS a marchar este Jueves a medio día: pero más como para que no nos de pena con el planeta y vean que aquí, aún, no estamos todos “esquizoide paranoicos”, por ello será mejor marchar con carteles que digan AID PLEASE NOW!!!
